Nomination Note:
As our customers transition into using the customer portal, nominations can still be submitted at the following link https://land.nd.gov/Minerals/LeaseSearch until 5:00pm CT on August 22, 2025. After this date, subsequent tract nominations may only be submitted through our customer portal nomination process.
To nominate a tract, enter the legal description (Township-Range) you are intersted in, and the site will list tracts open for nomination as "Available". If the tract you are interested in is available, check the box located next to "Available" and select the "Nominate" button at the bottom of the page. You may select multiple boxes per page before selecting the "Nominate" button.
